Job Description
The Cisco Unified Communications intern will design, configure and engineer collaboration solutions using the latest Cisco collaboration products and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, script, and deploy call routing and IVR call flows
- Day-to-day response to/resolution of generated alarms, tracking of real-time system health utilizing
- Perform quick resolution of Contact Center Incidents, Including Alarm/Event correlation and triage
- Perform Incident Troubleshooting and resolution for all Cisco Unified Contact Center related applications/infrastructure following standard management processes
- Proactive Monitoring & Preventative Maintenance
- Audit contact center infrastructure to verify conformance to standards and best practices
- Thorough knowledge and or experience with varying voice protocols and capabilities, such as VoIP, SIP, TDM, UCS
Required Qualifications:
CCNA Voice Certification

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present technical Information to business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner
- Ability to problem-solve and to think tactically and identify significant success factors
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrate self-reliance and with aptitude to work independently
Work Location:
Combination of onsite customer locations and virtual office infrastructure.
