Job Description

The Solutions Architect intern will be responsible for designing and deploying infrastructures and applications at scale. You will assist with migration to AWS cloud using AWS best practices. The candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform
Effectively demonstrate knowledge of how to architect and deploy secure and robust applications on AWS technologies
Define a solution using architectural design principles based on customer requirements
Provide implementation guidance based on best practices to the organization throughout the life cycle of the project
Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
Implement and control the flow of data to and from AWS
Select the appropriate AWS service based on compute, data, or security requirements
Identify appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
Estimate AWS usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms
Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS

Required Qualifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or
AWS SysOps AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to present technical Information to business and technical stakeholders
Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner
Ability to problem-solve and to think tactically and identify significant success factors
Able to handle multiple tasks
Demonstrate self-reliance and with aptitude to work independently

Work Location:

Combination of onsite customer locations and virtual office infrastructure.
